Where should we send your market report?

  • No ads. You never pay for a click. $997 a month, flat.
  • No posting. We write, post and watch every thread.
  • No risk. Groups, posts and threads not live in 90 days? Month four is free.

One company per trade, per city. Once yours is claimed, it’s gone.

*A lead is a homeowner in your service area who contacts you about a job by message, call or tag. Volume depends on your market and trade; if your area can’t support it, we’ll tell you before you pay.

Roofing

Tampa Bay, FL

141

leads in 9 months

$418,000

closed revenue

27

jobs at $15,500 average

Started in 162 groups across Pinellas and Hillsborough. The first storm-damage thread came in during week five. By month four, neighbors were tagging the owner in threads we hadn’t touched.

Pressure washing

Charlotte, NC

212

leads in 12 months

$186,000

closed revenue

158

jobs at $1,180 average

Low ticket, high volume. Spring posts about driveway stains and roof algae filled the schedule three weeks out, and repeat customers started posting before-and-after photos on their own.

Remodeling

Columbus, OH

96

leads in 10 months

$512,000

closed revenue

14

jobs at $36,600 average

Fewer leads, bigger jobs. Answering permit and layout questions in suburban groups made the owner the name people mentioned when a kitchen or basement project came up.

We post as you. You answer the leads.

Local groups trust residents more than businesses, and many don’t let business pages post at all. So we work from your personal profile, the one with your face, your town and your history.

  1. We map your groups

In the first week we find the 150+ local groups where your customers ask for help, join them from your profile and note each group’s rules.

  2. We write like a local expert

Useful answers and posts about your trade, in your voice. Nothing that reads like an ad, nothing that gets you muted.

  3. We stay in the threads

Every day we watch for neighbors asking for a recommendation in your trade and make sure your name comes up.

  4. Leads come to you

Messages, calls and tags land with you. We flag each one and pass it to your team while it’s warm.

What stays yours

It’s your profile. If you stop, every connection, every answer and every neighbor who knows your name stays with you. You can remove our access at any time.

What you get each month

A one-page report: groups active, threads entered, leads produced. No impressions, no follower counts.

Why Facebook groups

Nobody searches Facebook for a plumber. They ask their neighbors.

Almost every town has a handful of busy community groups where people ask who to call. The company that’s been answering questions there for months is the one that gets tagged.

That’s word of mouth, written down and searchable, and most of your competitors aren’t in it.

Our water heater just went. Anyone have a plumber they’d actually recommend?

Mike Alvarez replaced ours in a day. Fair price, cleaned up after.

Tom A.
Second Mike Alvarez. He answered a question of mine in here last month.

Thanks both. Danielle, just messaged you. I can come by this afternoon.

It builds on itself.

An ad stops working the day you stop paying. A reputation in the groups keeps working, because the answers stay up and people remember the name.

  1. Month 1

You start showing up. First conversations usually arrive inside 30 days.

  2. Month 3

Regulars recognize the name and start tagging you.

  3. Month 6

You’re a standing recommendation in your core groups.

  4. Month 12

You’re the default answer across your area.

Who this is for.

A good fit

  • Residential home service: plumbing, HVAC, roofing, electrical and similar trades.
  • An owner with a real personal Facebook profile in the area they serve.
  • Room for 15 or more extra jobs a month.
  • Someone who answers calls and messages the same day.

Not a fit

  • Commercial-only work.
  • Markets without enough active groups. We check before you pay.
  • Leads that sit unanswered for days.
  • Anyone after fake reviews or spam blasts.

One price for everything.

$997/month

Flat. No ad spend. Month-to-month after the first 90 days.

  • 150+ local groups researched, joined and rule-mapped
  • Posts and answers written for your trade, in your voice
  • Daily monitoring of recommendation threads
  • Every lead flagged and handed to your team

For most trades, one closed job from this channel covers the month.

If we don’t build it, you don’t pay for it.

First 90 days

If we haven’t built the footprint we agreed on (groups joined, posting live, threads entered), you don’t pay for month four.

No lock-in after that

Month-to-month. Cancel any time and everything we built stays on your profile.

Your city stays yours

While you’re a client, we won’t take on another company in your trade in your city.

What owners ask before they sign.

You post from my personal account?

Yes. Neighbors recommend people, not logos, and many local groups don’t let business pages post at all. We post only in local groups and only about your trade. The profile and everything built on it stay yours, and you can remove our access at any time.

What counts as a lead?

A homeowner in your service area who contacts you about a job: a message, a call, or a tag in a recommendation thread. Likes, follows and comments don’t count, and they aren’t in the report as leads.

Isn’t this just spamming Facebook groups?

No. Spam gets people muted and removed. We read each group’s rules, post useful answers in your trade and let the recommendations come from members. If a group doesn’t allow it, we don’t use it.

Is my area big enough?

Check your ZIP above for the Census numbers. Before you pay anything, we also count the active groups in your area. If it can’t support the volume, we tell you and don’t take you on.

How long until I see leads?

First conversations usually arrive inside 30 days. The real value shows between months three and six, which is why we ask for 90 days before you judge it.

What do I have to do?

Answer the leads. One intake call at the start, then nothing: no posting, no monitoring, no approvals queue.
